ancestral recipes from Brittany ( DINAN ), Bernard JARNOUX
has been able to preserve the unique taste of these regional
products.

food safety utilising noble raw materials in a
modern production unit. Raw materials are selected
according strict criteria and are guaranteed GM
free, without additives, colorants and preservatives.
AUTHENTICITY

like
his ancestors, Bernard JARNOUX only uses natural products
stored under chilled conditions. Buckwheat and wheatflour
are never mixed together in order to preserve a pure flavour
and a rich, moist aspect of the product.
