Our trade consists
in conceiving, manufacturing, packaging and commercializing
traditional breton products, supplying our customers
with authentic products of reliable quality due to our
know-how.

Our
main objective is total satisfaction of our customers.

To achieve that goal, the JARNOUX company is involved
in the HACCP procedure (Hazard Analysis Critical Control
Point) to monitor the safety of its crępes. This is
achieved by :
 
- a EC licenced factory : forward-moving process only,
computer-assisted cooled premises.

- rigorous supplier selection : in accordance with a
specification manual, supplier audits.

- staff awareness and involvement : manufacturing process,
hygiene, product quality…

- computer-assisted traceability : follow-up of all
the manufacturing stages, raw materials, batch numbers,
follow-up of the products after delivery.

- transparency and information about our products ingredients.

We are fully conscious of our position in the food supply-chain
and constantly strive to guarantee our products safety
at all levels in the company.
