The main features of our factory are :
   Forward-moving manufactory process only.
   Cooling process mastered.
   The big production capacity could easily be increased due to planned and anticipated extensions.

Key figures :

Production unit capacity : 150 000 buckwheat and wheatflour plain crêpes per day. 20 000 buckwheat and wheatflour garnished crêpes per day.

The story

1982 : Bernard JARNOUX and his wife started manufacturing on a small scale.
1991 : Construction of a factory in HENANBIHEN
1993 : Launch of the organic range
1997 : Set up of a quality procedure (HACCP)
1998 : Launch of the garnished products
1999 : New modern plant located in LAMBALLE
2000 : New packaging and approach of new markets (export- food service)
2001 : Launch of the deep-frozen range, export canvassing and set up of a computer-assisted traceability system.
